Terms & Conditions

When signing your child up for classes with Evolve Dance company you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions-

Notice Period- If your child wishes to stop dancing at EDC we require notice before the 25th of the month. Notice after the 25th will mean the following payment on the 1st will still be taken and will be cancelled after.

Uniform- Students must wear Evolve uniform to all classes and private lessons with their hair tied up. (We ask that within 2 months of joining us students have at least 1 item of uniform) Due to health and safety we cannot let dancers participate in the class if they are in a dress, skirt, footed tights or have their hair down.

Overdue payments- If your class payment is not made by 9th of the month, you will be charged a late payment fee of £10. Classforkids will make 3 attempts to take payment from your bank account on approximately the 1st, 4th and 9th of that month. If you fail to make payment after the 8th, we will be in contact with you regarding your child’s space at EDC.

Class age groups- When signing up your child for classes, please make sure that they are in the correct aged class. It’s important that your child is working at the appropriate level for their age to ensure they get the most out of their class.
